Staff lunches; 10/8/10

Last week, for our staff lunches, we made chicken and tofo skewers with couscous, and honey-walnut cupcakes with honey buttercream frosting, a disk of baklava, and a fondant honeybee on top.


Me and Bri made the chicken skewers, and I think it went pretty well.
Amy made the tofu skewers, and I'm sure they turned out good, too.
Taylor and McKenna made the cupcakes, and they did a very good job. We all helped with the bees, and the cupcakes came out looking very good, and I'm sure they tasted just as good.
Kelsie, Lindsay Sammy made the couscous, and it turned out good, and very tasty.
Sammy made the baklava, and it turned out amazing. (:

Last weeks preparation went pretty well.
We all got done soon enough to help McKenna and Taylor with the fondant bees, which  turned out super cute.

Overall, I'd say last week turned out to be pretty calm and not as stressful as some of the others. (:
